A sunroom would be great, but it doesn’t go with the house… does it?
For this project I was looking at a building that was erected at the beginning of the 20th century. I began by researching how sun rooms and conservatories were realized at the time and how we can use that knowledge for the house in question. Old pictures that my client had were a great help. At the end we decided on a carpenter’s construction with a non-transparent roof including a metal covering and panel and opening elements that matched the existing building well both functionally and visually.
